(“we,” “our,” or “us”). We take the privacy and security of our customers, subscribers,
and users seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it,
how long we retain it, and how you can request access to or deletion of your data.

Registration and Account Information
When you register or use our Services, we may collect:

Note: You retain ownership of all data you input into the system.

- We use non-permanent (session) cookies that expire within 24 hours

- Provision and operate the CareLink platform

A. Account-Level Deletion
- You may request account termination by contacting us
- Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law
Customer Data Deletion
- You may delete data directly within the CareLink platform, if functionality allows
- Or submit a deletion request to our support team
Exceptions
We may retain limited data if necessary to:
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including healthcare requirements
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Maintain audit logs or security records
Cookies and Tracking
- We use session-based cookies required for platform functionality
- We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information

CareLink supports healthcare organizations and may handle Protected Health Information (PHI).
